The Vale of Avoca room is the largest and most richly decorated bedroom with a skylight above the bed and a fireplace creating a romantic atmosphere. It has a beautiful view overlooking the Gardens. Windows and closets coverings add elegance to this room whose architecture is typical of the 18th century. Unlike the other bedrooms, which have all canopied beds, a curtain decorates the wall behind the bed so as not to detract from the skylight above. |

The Brittas Bay room is very bright and cheerful, has two large windows facing the front garden and the traditional stone outbuildings whose facades were recently restored. There is a splendid view of the Wicklow Hills. The room is the only one to have both a shower and a bathtub in its en-suite bathroom, making it one of the most sought after. The bed is richly canopied in a beautiful heavy cotton floral fabric which enhances the colours of the room. |

Its colours and beautiful lace-lined canopy make this room a complement to the Clara Vale room next door. The Glen of Imaal room has white brick walls. Its en-suite has a large shower with terracotta tiles and an old fashioned copper towel warmer. |
